How do I make a booking?

Browse our properties, select your dates and number of guests, then click "Reserve". You'll be guided through a simple booking form. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is typically 30% of the total booking price and is required within 2 hours of making a reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfers and Revolut payments. Payment details are provided after you complete the booking form. We do not accept cash.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Contact our support team if you have an exceptional circumstance.

How do I get access to the property?

You will receive a unique door access code via email 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. No key collection or meet-and-greet is required — self check-in is fully supported.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request — contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in selected properties. This will be stated clearly on the listing. All pets must be declared at the time of booking.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, all Lovelė Stay properties include fast, reliable Wi-Fi at no additional cost.

What is included in the cleaning fee?

The one-time cleaning fee covers professional cleaning of the property after your departure. During your stay, mid-stay cleaning is available on request for longer stays.

What if something breaks or I have an issue during my stay?

Contact us immediately via the contact form or by phone. We are locally based and offer 24/7 support for urgent issues during your stay.

Can I have guests over?

Yes, within the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. Parties or large gatherings require prior written consent. Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00.

Where are your properties located?

Our properties are located in the most desirable areas of Palanga and Klaipėda, often within walking distance to the Baltic Sea and city attractions.

Can I bring a service animal?

Yes. Service animals are always welcome at all Lovelė Stay properties at no extra charge. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure the property is prepared for your arrival. Note that standard pets may be subject to a pet fee depending on the listing — check the individual property page for details.
