1. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. A reservation holds your selected dates for a maximum of 2 hours pending payment. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will expire and dates will be released.

The booking reference issued upon confirmation must be retained for all correspondence. Lovelė Stay reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without notice.

2. Deposit & Payment

A deposit — typically 30% of the total booking amount — is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your check-in date. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount is due immediately.

Payments are accepted via bank transfer or Revolut as specified at checkout. Lovelė Stay does not accept cash payments.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies with documentation), Lovelė Stay may offer a credit towards a future booking at its discretion.

Lovelė Stay reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure events, property damage, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund.

4. House Rules

• No smoking inside any property.
• No parties, loud gatherings, or events without prior written consent.
• Pets are allowed only in designated properties and must be declared at the time of booking.
• Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded as stated in the listing.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out is before 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional fee. Guests will receive a unique door access code 24 hours before arrival via email.

6. Liability

Lovelė Stay is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance. The condition of furnishings and appliances is maintained to a high standard, but minor wear and occasional technical issues may occur.

7. Privacy

Personal data collected during booking (name, email, phone number, country) is used solely for reservation management and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. By completing a booking, you consent to this use of your data.
